Wiesbaden and the SDGs
Responsible practices are becoming increasingly important in the events industry. Learn about the measures and approaches we are implementing in Wiesbaden in connection with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and how they can inspire your event planning.
We, Wiesbaden Congress & Marketing GmbH, are dedicated to implementing responsible event concepts at our venues: the Kurhaus Wiesbaden, the RheinMain CongressCenter, and the Jagdschloss Platte.
With an eye toward the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we are implementing various measures at our event venues. Together with our employees, our preferred partners, the service providers at our venues, and our partners from the “Hessen MICE Net,” we are working to integrate a greater sense of responsibility into our event operations.
To this end, we have identified nine SDGs, among others, that our initiatives in Wiesbaden contribute to. In this series, we’ll introduce you to our SDGs and explain—in the Hessian way—how we’re implementing them in Wiesbaden and, in particular, at our event venues. Enjoy reading!
